Independence Day

Wondered what I did on 4th of July? Okiez.. I don't think some of you are aware that it's the Independence Day. Yea! So, i've got the chance to experience it. Somewhat like National Day celebration. But it's different coz there are no tickets needed. Just the red band. It's sort of like the first come first serve basis. Anyway, I didn't go in ah coz we were kinda late. Even so, the atmosphere was really nice. Sitting by Charles River was very calming (and emotional for me). I think I might want to celebrate National Day by the Singapore River this year. hahaz.. So, here are the pictures which tells you pretty much how I spent my 4th of July.

The start of Freedom Trail!

Fenway Park

You know Fenway Park? I was there! And fahmi.. I know fever pitch! Hahaz.. But I'm lazy to blog coz I've got more assignments to do and I'm sleepy. So, just enjoy a photo of me with fenway. Wohooo! Oh ya, please take notice of my red top. RED SOX eh!

Carissa's Bdae

It was carissa's bdae like 5 days ago? Hahaz.. I remember prameet sms-ing me asking me to inform the rest of my 2/5 friends. Unfortunately, I'm over at Boston. So, got menghui to do it instead. The pictures look wonderful. Everybody looks older than I've seen before. How do I look eh? Do I look that old too? It's scary to know that future is so near. My dreams of being a teacher is fulfilled but I have yet to satisfy myself. I've got this degree programme to complete and then I can step into "future". What is "future" going to be like? I think I have an idea already. Not so much of how I expected to be when I was a child. In fact, it's so much better. Especially ever since I stepped into the early childhood field. It's another doorway. I have nothing to fret, do I? I'm 21 and it's unbelievable. It's too near to 25 but I'm starting to think like a 21. BUT i feel like an 8 year old girl who us still whining and screaming. Then again, there's always a child in me. With all that said, I'm just hoping and praying that the life ahead of me will be satisfying even if I have to overcome all the obstacles and challenges along the way. This is my life.

So, here are the pictures of carissa's birthday which my dear friend, isty showed me. Gosh carissa, you don't look like the crazy you. You're smart-looking now. Congrats on being 21, then! Hope you had a splendid birthday!

Remember 2/5 and 4/3 always. These are the unique friends which have made my secondary life ever so meaningful! Thank you!
